1. About Mevoryn Home

Mevoryn Home offers a curated collection of furniture and interior pieces, with a particular focus on natural stone, marble, onyx, travertine, and other distinctive materials.

Certain products may be available in custom dimensions, materials, finishes, or configurations.

 

2. Product Information

We make every effort to present our products, dimensions, materials, finishes, and images as accurately as possible.

Natural materials are inherently unique. Variations in color, veining, pattern, texture, mineral markings, pores, fissures and tonal differences are part of the character of natural stone and are not considered defects.

The piece delivered may therefore differ naturally from the product photographs shown on our website.

 

3. Product Inquiries & Quotations

Prices are not necessarily displayed on the website. Customers may submit a Request a Quote inquiry for individual products or custom projects.

A quotation may vary depending on:

• product dimensions

• selected stone or material

• individual slab selection

• finish and customization

• quantity

• shipping destination

• packaging and logistics requirements

A quotation is valid for the period stated in the quotation.

Submitting an inquiry does not create a binding order.

 

4. Orders

An order becomes confirmed only after:

• the product specifications have been agreed;

• Mevoryn Home has issued an order confirmation, quotation or invoice; and

• the required payment or deposit has been received.

Customers are responsible for reviewing all dimensions, finishes, materials, delivery information and other specifications before approving an order.

 

5. Custom & Made-to-Order Products

Many Mevoryn Home pieces may be customized or produced specifically for the customer.

Once production of a custom or made-to-order item has begun, changes or cancellations may not be possible.

Custom-made products are generally not eligible for return or exchange unless the item arrives damaged, materially differs from the agreed specification, or otherwise qualifies for a remedy under applicable law.

 

6. Natural Stone Selection

For selected premium stones, availability and pricing may depend on the individual slab.

Where applicable, we may provide available slab photographs or videos for customer review before production.

Because natural stone is unique, future slabs may differ in appearance and price from previously supplied material.

 

7. Pricing & Payment

All quotations are based on the specifications and delivery requirements provided at the time of quotation.

Unless otherwise stated, additional charges may apply for:

• customization

• special stone selection

• shipping

• insurance

• import duties

• customs clearance

• local taxes

• installation or special handling

Payment terms will be stated in the relevant quotation or invoice.

 

8. Production & Lead Times

Production and delivery timelines provided by Mevoryn Home are estimates unless expressly confirmed otherwise in writing.

Lead times may be affected by stone availability, customization, production schedules, quality inspection, international logistics, customs procedures or circumstances outside our reasonable control.

We will make reasonable efforts to keep customers informed of material delays.

 

9. Worldwide Shipping

Mevoryn Home can arrange shipping to many international destinations.

Shipping availability, cost and method depend on the product, dimensions, weight and destination.

Customers are responsible for providing accurate delivery details and confirming that the furniture can safely enter the property through doors, elevators, stairways and other access points.

Any import duties, taxes or customs charges are the customer's responsibility unless expressly included in our quotation.

 

10. Delivery & Inspection

Customers should inspect their order promptly upon delivery.

If an item appears to have been damaged during transportation, please retain all packaging where possible and contact us promptly with photographs or videos of:

• the product;

• the packaging;

• the damaged area; and

• the shipping label or delivery documentation.

We will review the circumstances and assist in determining the appropriate resolution.

 

11. Returns & Cancellations

Because many Mevoryn Home pieces involve natural stone, special sourcing or made-to-order production, return and cancellation eligibility depends on the specific order.

Any applicable cancellation, return or refund conditions will be communicated before confirmation of the order.

Nothing in these Terms limits any mandatory consumer rights that apply under applicable law.

 

12. Colors & Digital Images

Colors and material appearance may vary depending on photography, lighting conditions, device screens and display settings.

Images on the website are intended to represent the overall design and character of the product and should not be interpreted as guaranteeing an identical natural pattern.

 

13. Intellectual Property

All website content, including product images, product names, text, graphics, branding and design elements, is owned by or licensed to Mevoryn Home unless otherwise stated.
