Refund & Returns Policy

1. Made-to-Order & Custom Products
Many Mevoryn Home products are produced specifically for each customer after an order is confirmed.
This may include products with:

• custom dimensions;

• selected marble, onyx, travertine or other natural stone;

• customer-selected slabs;

• custom finishes or colors;

• modified bases or structures; or

• other personalized specifications.

Once production has begun, made-to-order or customized products generally cannot be cancelled, returned or exchanged simply because the customer changes their mind.
Any mandatory consumer rights available under applicable law remain unaffected.
2. Order Cancellations
If you wish to cancel an order, please contact Mevoryn Home as soon as possible.
If production has not yet begun, we will review the cancellation request and advise whether a cancellation and refund can be provided.
Any costs already incurred in connection with the order, including special material sourcing, slab reservation, design work, payment processing or other committed costs, may be deducted where applicable.
Once production, customization or material cutting has begun, cancellation may no longer be possible.
Any specific cancellation conditions stated in your quotation, invoice or order confirmation will also apply.
3. Deposits & Advance Payments
Where an order requires a deposit or advance payment, the applicable payment terms will be stated in the quotation or invoice.
Once materials have been reserved, purchased or production has begun, all or part of the deposit may become non-refundable to the extent permitted by applicable law.
Customers should review and approve all specifications before confirming an order.
4. Natural Stone Variations
Marble, onyx, travertine and other natural stones are unique materials.
Variations may include:

• veining;

• color and tonal differences;

• mineral markings;

• pattern variation;

• pores and surface characteristics;

• natural fissures; and

• differences between individual slabs.

These characteristics are part of the natural beauty of the material and are not considered defects.
A product will therefore not normally qualify for a refund solely because its natural stone pattern differs from photographs shown on our website, social media, samples or previous pieces.
Where individual slab selection is available, customers may be asked to approve the selected stone before production.
5. Damaged Products
We take care to package our furniture appropriately for international transportation.
If your product arrives damaged, please contact Mevoryn Home as soon as reasonably possible after delivery.
Please provide:

• your name and order reference;

• photographs of the complete product;

• close-up photographs of the damaged area;

• photographs of the external packaging;

• photographs of the internal packaging;

• photographs of shipping labels; and

• any relevant delivery or carrier documentation.

Where possible, please also photograph or record the unpacking process.
Please retain the original packaging until the claim has been reviewed.
6. Incorrect or Materially Non-Conforming Products
If the product received materially differs from the specifications confirmed in your order, please contact us promptly.
Examples may include:

• an incorrect product;

• substantially incorrect dimensions;

• an incorrect material or finish; or

• another significant manufacturing issue.

Minor differences resulting from handmade production or natural materials are not normally considered defects.
We will review the issue based on the agreed order specifications.
7. Available Remedies
Depending on the circumstances, the appropriate resolution may include:

• repair;

• replacement of a component;

• replacement of the product;

• partial refund;

• store credit; or

• full refund where appropriate.

The appropriate remedy will depend on the nature of the issue, product, location and applicable consumer law.
Merovyn Home may reasonably request photographs, videos or other information before determining the appropriate resolution.
8. Returns
Products should not be returned without prior written authorization from Mevoryn Home.
If a return is approved, we will provide instructions regarding packaging, shipping and the return destination.
Unauthorized returns may not be accepted.
For an approved return that is not caused by a defect, damage or error by Mevoryn Home, the customer may be responsible for applicable return freight, insurance, customs charges and other transportation costs, subject to applicable law.
9. Return Condition
Where a return is authorized, the product should be returned in its original condition and, where reasonably possible, with its original protective packaging.
Products that have been:

• installed;

• modified;

• altered;

• damaged after delivery; or

• used in a manner inconsistent with their intended purpose

may not qualify for a return or full refund unless otherwise required by law.
10. Shipping Costs
Original shipping charges are generally non-refundable where an order is cancelled or returned for reasons unrelated to product damage, defect or an error by Mevoryn Home.
Where Mevoryn Home determines that a product was materially defective, incorrect or damaged in circumstances for which we are responsible, we will determine the appropriate treatment of shipping costs as part of the resolution.
Import duties, customs charges and taxes paid directly to government authorities or third parties may not be refundable by Mevoryn Home.
11. Refund Processing
Once a refund has been approved, it will normally be issued using the original payment method or another agreed method.
The time required for funds to appear in your account may vary depending on your bank, card issuer or payment provider.
Any applicable currency conversion differences or third-party banking charges are outside Mevoryn Home's control.
12. Sale, Clearance or Sample Pieces
If Mevoryn Home offers sample, showroom, clearance or specially discounted pieces, any special return conditions will be disclosed before purchase.
Products expressly identified and sold as final sale may not be eligible for return due to change of mind, subject to applicable consumer law.
13. Change of Mind
Because many Mevoryn Home pieces are made to order, custom-produced or involve individually sourced natural materials, we generally cannot accept returns solely because:

• the customer changes their mind;

• the product no longer suits the intended interior;

• the customer selected the wrong dimensions;

• access to the property is insufficient; or

• natural stone characteristics differ from personal expectations.

We strongly recommend confirming dimensions, materials, access requirements and product specifications before approving an order.
14. Consumer Rights
Nothing in this policy is intended to exclude, restrict or replace any rights or remedies that cannot legally be excluded under applicable consumer protection laws.
Where mandatory consumer law provides greater rights than this policy, those legal rights will apply.
